Product description
The mussels we use for our canned products are reared on wooden ‘batea’ platforms in the Ría de Arousa, the world’s top mussel-producing region. These waters give the mussels a high nutrient content to deliver a premium quality end product.
Manual production process both for cleaning and packaging the mussels, with different coverings being added to boost their qualities.
