Skipjack and light are two varieties of tuna that Conservas Cortizo uses for its canned products. These species are caught in Atlantic waters using the very latest dolphin-friendly fishing techniques.
To achieve the perfect end product for the consumer, the tuna are carefully gutted and the best parts are selected and then preserved in oil or brine.
